Henkilötietoihin liittyvä tietosuoja
EU:n laajuinen uusi tietosuoja-asetus (GDPR) astuu voimaan 25.5.2018.
Seri-Deco (SD) ylläpitää asiakasyritystensä yhteyshenkilöiden tietoja asiakasrekisterissään. Rekisterin pääasiallinen käyttötarkoitus on asiakkaiden tilausten käsittely ja arkistointi. Tietoja voidaan käyttää Seri-Deco Oy:n toiminnan kehittämiseen ja tilastollisiin tarkoituksiin. Rekisterin tietoja voidaan käyttää myös suoramarkkinointiin tai sähköiseen mainontaan sekä asiakaspalautteen keräämiseen.
Henkilötietojen käsittelyn ensisijaisena perusteena on SD:n asiakkaan ja SD:n välinen asiakassuhde, asiakkaan suostumus, asiakkaan antama toimeksianto tai muu asiallinen yhteys. Seri-Deco noudattaa kaikissa omissa järjestelmissään tietosuoja-asetuksen vaatimuksia, ja tietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin on tarpeellista.
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä häntä koskevia tietoja asiakasrekisteriin on talletettu, sekä oikeus pyytää tietoja korjattavaksi tai poistettavaksi. Kaikissa henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvissä kysymyksissä pyydämme ottamaan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme myynti@spandex.fi.

Personal data protection at Seri-Deco
EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from May 25th 2018 on.
Seri-Deco (SD) processes customer contact person’s personal data in CRM system. The primary basis for processing personal data is to process and archive customer orders. Data can be used to develop Seri-Deco's operations and for statistical purposes. The data in the SD register can also be used for direct marketing or digital advertising and collecting customer feedback.
The primary criterion for handling personal data is the customer relationship between the SD customer and SD, the customer's approval, a mandate given by the customer, or any other relevant connection. Seri-Deco complies with all the requirements of the data protection regulation in its own systems, and the data will be stored only as long as necessary.
The data subject is entitled to inspect which data concerning him/her has been recorded in Seri-Deco’s customer data file. The data subject is also entitled for correction or erasure of data.
